Adding, changing or removing users

Only the principal account holder can change or add users to your FIDO service.

Adding an extra user

In the case of our online subscription service, there is usually a charge for an additional user licence. For new users, send their full name, contact email address and phone number, plus whether they need access to the app, the FIDO report or both.

Changing users

There is no charge for swapping a user licence to a new member of staff, or for changing an existing user’s access to FIDO reports.

In either case, please email support@fido.tech with details of the user change.

Removing users

Please give the full name and email address of any user you wish to remove.
