We urgently need an energetic and motivated Sales Admin Assistant to join us as we start to expand rapidly.
Based at the company’s UK head office in Bicester and reporting to the CRO, you will be responsible for maintaining our busy sales admin function within the business. This includes a high level of administrative tasks, so excellent organisation and self- management skills are required.
The main purpose of the role will be supporting the CRO and the wider sales and delivery team with administration of orders, sales leads, emails and other related tasks.

You will become a key player in our success, helping both the CRO and CEO with the day to day running of the business, and supporting the sales and administration process for customer projects and ongoing client relationships.
Skills and experience
- Experience of working in a sales admin role for a software or technology company preferred
- Excellent IT skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, a team player
- Hardworking with an eye for detail
- Well organised with good time management
